One named technician owns each case from design to final stain, and your team can reach that technician directly. Practices pay per case, with no subscription, no monthly minimum, and no contract. Standard turnaround is two weeks in lab, with prepaid UPS 2nd Day Air shipping both ways, and we accept scans from iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, or any STL file, as well as PVS impressions. For complex cases, our Signature line adds specialist case review across implant, full-arch, crown and bridge, veneer, and removable work.

Does Peak Dental Studio require a subscription or monthly minimum?
No. Peak operates on pay-per-case pricing with no subscription, no minimum spend, and no contract. You pay only for the cases you submit.
Which intraoral scanners does Peak Dental Studio support?
Peak accepts digital scans from any iTero, Medit, 3Shape TRIOS, or STL-format scanner. Traditional PVS and poured alginate impressions are also accepted with prepaid 2-day return shipping.

Getting started
How do I start sending cases?
Search “PEAK DENTAL STUDIO” or technicians@peakdentalstudio.com in your scanner portal (Ex: iTero ID 22376). Or ship analog impressions using our complimentary 2-day labels. We’ll walk your team through setup if you’d like.
Do you accept traditional impressions?
Yes. We accept PVS. Alginate impressions must be poured prior to shipping. Download/print our prepaid 2-day label; we return finals on our dime.
Can I talk to a real technician?
Absolutely. You’ll get a named case manager and direct access to the technician on every case.
Turnaround, shipping, and scheduling
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS. All cases will have a two week ship date, please call for rush requests. We don’t send automated tracking emails; for status updates, please call or email our team.
My seat date changed. Now what?
Tell your case manager. We’ll re-sequence production and adjust delivery if possible.
