Peak Signature Collection

Peak Signature Collection

A cleaner path for high-stakes
restorative cases.

Full-arch, implant, full-mouth and complex esthetic cases demand more than a better restoration. They need a shared path. Peak Signature aligns the doctor, team and technician from case intake through final delivery.

The Signature Workflow

A shared path from case intake through final delivery.

Complex cases become expensive when uncertainty appears late. Peak Signature is built to bring decisions forward, align the team and reduce avoidable uncertainty before it reaches the chair.

The Story Behind The Workflow

A question that should have been answered decades ago.

Why does full-arch restorative work — the most demanding case a general dentist ever sends out — still get handed to whichever technician happens to be free that week?

The answer was simple. There was no system. So we built one.

Peak Signature was engineered, step by deliberate step, by a prosthodontist and a master technician with more than thirty years at the bench. Not borrowed. Not bolted together from someone else’s templates. Built.

Every Peak Signature case runs through the same workflow — All-on-X, Crown & Bridge, Veneers, Removables. The same standard on case one and case one hundred. The system is the product. The cases are the proof.

“Most labs hand your case to whoever’s available. We hand it to a system.”

The Signature Workflow
Four Controls

Four controls behind every Signature case.

The workflow defines the path. These controls define how Peak carries the case.

01

Specialist Review

Complex case inputs are reviewed before production begins so critical questions surface early. Impressions, articulation, design intent, prosthetic envelope — checked before a single bur touches material.

02

One Case, One Owner

One named technician carries responsibility for the case and remains the direct point of laboratory contact. No pooled production. No mid-case handoffs. The technician’s name ships with the case.

03

Verification Before Final

Multi-unit and full-arch cases use planned verification checkpoints before final fabrication and delivery. Passive-fit verified on a jig. Chair time engineered out at the bench.

04

Patient-Specific Finish

Shade, contour, tooth position, occlusion and facial relationships are resolved against the case, not a generic average. No stock library. No averaged anatomy.

The Four Lines

Four lines. One bench.

Full Arch. Crown & Bridge. Veneers. Removables. Every case in every line runs through the Signature workflow.

What The Protocol Produces

Predictable fit. Predictable esthetics. Predictable seating.

The workflow exists to bring decisions forward and reduce avoidable uncertainty before it reaches the chair. Three outcomes and a fourth commitment.

01

Predictable Fit

Cases planned around the patient’s articulation, not an averaged library. Adjustments are the exception, not the assumption.

02

Predictable Esthetics

Shade and shape mapped to the patient’s actual dentition, not a stock library. Facial proportion, midline, incisal display considered together.

03

Predictable Seating

Fewer chairside adjustments. Fewer remakes. Chair time you didn’t bill for and didn’t have to.

04

Named Accountability

Your case has one named technician’s name on it. You know who is responsible, what stage the case is in and where to go when a decision needs to be made.

The Work

The system is the claim.
The cases are the proof.

Veneer set transitioned from another lab's provisionals, before and after
01 / 04 SIGNATURE VENEERS

Veneer Set, Transitioned From Provisionals

Patient arrived in another lab’s temps. Re-articulated, midline re-mapped, shade transitions hand-layered to final.

Upper All-on-X full-arch with natural lower dentition preserved
02 / 04 SIGNATURE FULL ARCH

Upper All-on-X, Natural Lower Preserved

Staged full-arch. Hybrid prosthesis articulated against the patient’s existing healthy lower. Occlusion dialed against natural opposing dentition, not an averaged library.

Twenty zirconia crown full-mouth rehabilitation, before and after
03 / 04 SIGNATURE FULL-MOUTH REHAB

Twenty Zirconia Crowns, Full-Mouth Rehab

Recession, black triangles, occlusal collapse. Bite restored in provisionals first. VDO verified, esthetics dialed in temps, then layered to final monolithic zirconia. Every margin closed on-bench.

Full-arch All-on-X hybrid prosthesis, before and after
04 / 04 SIGNATURE FULL ARCH

Full-Arch All-on-X Hybrid

Fixed full-arch. Tooth position mapped to facial proportion, incisal display set to the patient’s lip dynamic. Function by design, esthetics by hand-finish.

All-on-X

Where the workflow earns its keep.

Fixed full-arch implant cases, led by Lukas Kolesar, Peak’s Lead Master Technician, with Dr. Kellen McWhorter, prosthodontist, as clinician. Talk to your assigned technician before you send the impression.

02

Which cases belong in Signature?

Signature is designed for full-arch, implant-supported multi-unit, full-mouth, complex anterior, rescue and other cases where planning, verification, esthetics, communication or a consequential seat date carry greater risk. Peak Standard remains the right path for routine restorative work.

03

Is Signature more expensive?

The laboratory fee is higher than Peak Standard for many products. Signature is designed for cases where added planning, oversight, verification and named ownership are worth more than the lowest unit price. Review the pricing against the actual case mix before deciding.

04

Do I need a contract or monthly minimum?

No. Signature is billed by case. Start with one qualifying case. No subscription, no monthly minimum.

05

How do I start if I am not a Peak customer?

Request a case review below or call (801) 850-8758 for account setup. Peak will coordinate the correct onboarding and secure case-submission path.

06

What is the turnaround?

Turnaround depends on the case type, records, approvals and materials. Peak will confirm the production schedule during the case review. For time-sensitive Signature questions, call (805) 928-0345.
