All-on-X Dental Lab
Peak is the all-on-x dental lab built for clinicians who refuse to gamble on full-arch outcomes. As a full-arch implant lab dedicated to restorative-driven planning, we bring discipline, clarity, and craftsmanship to every case.
These graftless, immediate‑load restorations have revolutionized full‑arch implant dentistry because they deliver a fixed smile without the sinus lifts or lengthy bone grafts that scare patients and clinicians alike[1]. Long‑term studies report cumulative implant survival rates of 93 % to 100 % with marginal bone loss between just 0.28 mm and 2.23 mm[1]. Recent clinical reports confirm that digital workflows—combining three‑dimensional imaging, computer‑guided surgery, intra‑oral scanning and CAD‑CAM fabrication—enhance predictability and yield 94.5 % to 100 % survival rates with even less bone loss[2]. With these advancements, the role of a dental lab specializing in all-on-X is crucial. In other words, All‑on‑X isn’t experimental: it’s a proven path back to chewing, smiling and speaking with confidence.
At Peak Dental Studio, we’re not just fabricating teeth; we’re engineering life‑changing prostheses. Our lab embraces a fully digital workflow and partners closely with clinicians to deliver predictable All‑on‑X cases from the first scan to the final smile. As you read on, you’ll see why seasoned surgeons and restorative dentists alike trust us to be their secret weapon in full‑arch implant dentistry.
Workflow partners. Master craftsmen behind the wheel.
Why Choosing the Right All-On-X Dental Lab Matters
Full-arch isn’t the place for guesswork. It’s where planning either pays off—or pays the price. At Peak, we build All-on-X restorations the way clinicians want them built: predictable, efficient, digitally precise, and supported by a lab that takes responsibility for the full arc of the case—not just the prosthesis.
This is full-arch the way it should be: a seamless handoff, a stable workflow, and a lab team that acts like an extension of your operatory, not an obstacle to it.
The Role of the Lab
The Peak Full-Arch Philosophy
Most complications in full-arch aren’t born in the chair. They’re born upstream—in planning, data capture, verification, material selection, or communication. That’s where elite labs earn their keep.
Diagnostic Precision
We turn your records into reality. Every scan, CBCT, bite, and photo is processed through a digital workflow designed to eliminate uncertainty. Passive fit is the standard—not the aspiration.
Surgical Collaboration
Your surgery goes further when your lab is already there. We support guide planning, implant positioning considerations, restorative space assessment, conversion prostheses, and restorative-driven alignment so nobody’s improvising on game day.
Restorative Engineering
Strength, esthetics, phonetics, hygiene access—the prosthesis has a long life and a long list of demands. We engineer around that. Material integrity matters, and we only build systems we’d trust in our own mouths. Long-term success isn’t about luck; it’s about load distribution and design discipline.
Risk Mitigation
Peak cases are built to survive real clinical life: tissue changes, angulation issues, parafunction, and biomechanical stress. We design with biology and physics in mind so you’re not troubleshooting preventable failures.
Why Clinicians Choose Peak for All-on-X
We don’t just fabricate—we quarterback.
A Workflow That Doesn’t Fight You
Everything is designed to reduce surgical surprises, prosthetic delays, and remake fatigue. When your lab removes friction, full-arch stops being chaotic and starts being profitable.
Master Craftsmanship Meets Modern Tech
Digital planning gives you precision. Human expertise gives you nuance. Our team brings both. Fast turnarounds are great—predictable outcomes are better. We deliver both.
Communication You Can Feel, Not Chase
Clinicians shouldn’t have to babysit their lab. At Peak, you get proactive communication, clear checkpoints, and a team that thinks like a restorative partner—not an order-taker.
A Philosophy Built for Full-Arch Success
Some labs try to automate everything. Others try to hand-craft everything. We live in the middle: engineered digital discipline with the kind of craftsmanship you can only get from people who care about the finish line as much as you do.
Common Full-Arch Pain Points We Help You Avoid
These are the moments clinicians fear—and the ones we prevent:
Lack of restorative space
Fixed before it’s a problem.
Poor implant positioning
We help you plan to avoid prosthetic nightmares downstream.
Rocking conversions
We design stability into the provisional, not after the fact.
Passive-fit failures
Precision milling and verification workflows dial out tension.
Chipping, fracturing, delamination
Right material. Right thickness. Right junction reinforcements.
Inaccurate bite or vertical dimension drift
Documented digitally. Cross-checked. Locked in.
Our All-on-X Workflow
Built for efficiency. Tuned for consistency. Proven in practice.
Case Intake & Digital Review
CBCT + intraoral scans + photography + restorative goals
We identify risks before they become surprises.
Restorative-Driven Surgical Planning
Implant position, AP spread, bone availability, and prosthetic space are driven by final-outcome planning—not guesswork.
Provisional / Conversion Design
Stable conversions with proper thickness, access, and esthetics.
Definitive Prosthesis Engineering
Zirconia, nano-ceramics, titanium reinforcements—we build toward longevity and livability.

Getting started
How do I start sending cases?
Search “PEAK DENTAL STUDIO” or technicians@peakdentalstudio.com in your scanner portal (Ex: iTero ID 22376). Or ship analog impressions—use our complimentary 2-day labels. We’ll walk your team through setup if you’d like.
Do you accept traditional impressions?
Yes. We accept PVS. Alginate impressions must be poured prior to shipping. Download/print our prepaid 2-day label; we return finals on our dime.
Can I talk to a real technician?
Absolutely. You’ll get a named case manager and direct access to the technician on every case.
Turnaround, shipping, and scheduling
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS. All cases will have a two week ship date, please call for rush requests. We don’t send automated tracking emails; for status updates, please call or email our team.
My seat date changed—now what?
