A new echelon of
restorative artistry.
Exclusively for clinicians who demand more, and won’t settle for pooled production, mismatched margins, or the next remake.
Not a tier.
A philosophy.
The Peak Signature Collection is not a price tier. It is a production philosophy built for clinicians who cannot accept pooled-bench variability on complex restorative work. In a standard lab workflow, a single scan touches three to five technicians, a CAD operator, a finishing department, and a QC pass before it ships. Margins drift, contacts shift, and accountability dissolves across the bench.
Signature inverts the model: every case is assigned to one named master technician who owns the file from impression review through final polish. The technician’s name ships with the case. Four lines run through this workflow (Full Arch / All-on-X, Crown & Bridge, Veneers, and Removables) and each runs on the same single-owner protocol with passive-fit verification before any case leaves Pleasant Grove. The result is first-fit seating as a baseline, not an exception.
“Precision isn’t optional. It’s the standard.”
Lukas Kolesar, Lead Master Technician
Built around how you actually restore.
Peak Signature runs four discrete service lines, each engineered for a specific clinical situation. Full Arch covers fixed and removable hybrid prosthetics on multi-unit abutments, including All-on-X cases requiring passive-fit verification before shipping. Crown & Bridge covers single-unit and short-span zirconia, lithium disilicate (e.max), and PFM restorations finished with hand-corrected margins. Veneers are facial-first cases: layered feldspathic and pressed monolithic, mapped to the patient’s facial proportion rather than a stock library. Removables covers partial frameworks, conversion cases, and complete dentures designed for long-wear function. Every line runs the same protocol: one named master technician owns the case from digital design through final polish, with passive-fit verification before any restoration leaves the bench. The technician’s name ships with the case.
Four controls. Zero compromise.
Signature is the philosophy. These are the four engineering controls that make it real on every case.
Single-Technician Case Ownership
One master technician. Digital design through final stain. You can call them by name.
Passive-Fit Engineering
Fit verified in-lab before the case ships. Fewer chairside adjustments. Fewer remakes.
Esthetic-Driven Design
Facial-first treatment planning. Shade, shape, and translucency mapped to your patient, not pulled from a stock library.
Direct Technician Communication
No portal queue. No support ticket. Pick up the phone and reach the person doing your work.
Four cases.
Real seating. No retouching.
Full-arch implant cases, finished by hand.
Peak Signature All-on-X is a fixed full-arch implant restoration produced under the single-technician protocol, with passive-fit verification on a verification jig before the case ships. Every screw access channel is positioned for the prosthesis design, every occlusal contact is articulated against the patient’s actual opposing dentition (not an averaged library), and every shade transition is layered to the patient’s facial proportion. The lead technician on each All-on-X case is Tim Garcia, Peak’s Removable Manager and All-X expert. Conversion cases (immediate-load to final) and staged full-arch workflows (e.g., upper All-on-X with preserved natural lower) are both supported. Standard cases ship in two weeks. Rush turnaround is available for time-sensitive seating appointments. No pooled production. No remakes you have to chase. Talk to the technician assigned to your case before you send the impression.
The people who own your case.
Signature isn’t a workflow. It’s four master-level technicians, named on every case, reachable by phone the moment you need them.
Lukas Kolesar
Oversees Signature production end to end. Every Signature case clears Lukas’s bench before it ships: implant, full-arch, and complex restorative work alike.
Jo Jo Mondina
Leads smile design and full-mouth rehab cases. Maps facial midlines, occlusal planes, and shade transitions to your patient, not a stock library.
Todd Kolesar
Master ceramist. Layering, staining, and finishing for the most demanding veneer and crown work. Decades of bench craft, every case finished by hand.
Tim Garcia
Leads removables and All-on-X production. Partial frameworks, conversion cases, and hybrid prosthetic verification. Every fit confirmed before delivery.
How Signature compares.
Not all lab work is the same. Here’s where Signature sits relative to commodity production and our own Peak Standard line.
Signature pricing reflects single-technician case ownership. For complex restorative work, our cost-per-successful-seating is materially lower than commodity lab averages.
Questions clinicians actually ask.

01What services does Signature cover?
—
What services does Signature cover?
The four Signature lines: Full Arch, Crown & Bridge, Veneers, and Removables. Every case in these lines runs the Signature workflow.
02Who is Signature for?
—
Who is Signature for?
Implant dentists, prosthodontists, and cosmetic clinicians who need predictability on complex restorative cases, and who care more about what seats than what arrives fastest.
03Is Signature more expensive than commodity labs?
—
Is Signature more expensive than commodity labs?
Per case, Signature pricing is higher than commodity offshore labs. Per successful seating, the metric that actually controls chair economics, Signature is typically less. Commodity labs externalize their cost to the operatory: remakes, occlusal adjustments, contact corrections, and re-impressions land on the clinician’s schedule, not the lab invoice. A single 45-minute adjustment appointment, valued at average specialist chair time, erases the per-unit savings of three commodity crowns. Peak Signature is built around named-technician ownership and passive-fit verification before the case ships, so first-fit seating is the baseline. We don’t compete on first-quote pricing. We compete on what actually seats.

Do I need a contract or monthly minimum?
No. Pay per case. No subscription. No minimums. Send one case, send a thousand. The terms are the same.

Send one case. No commitment. We’ll review it, complete it to Signature standard, and return it. You decide from there.
