A cleaner path for high-stakes
restorative cases.
Full-arch, implant, full-mouth and complex esthetic cases demand more than a better restoration. They need a shared path. Peak Signature aligns the doctor, team and technician from case intake through final delivery.
The lab invoice is visible. The cost of ambiguity hides in the schedule.
Complex cases become expensive when uncertainty appears late. A missing record becomes a phone call. An unclear restorative endpoint becomes another approval round. A rushed provisional becomes an adjustment appointment. A fragmented handoff becomes a conversation the doctor must own.
Records
Start with the information the technician needs to design with intention instead of assumption.
Restorative Intent
Define the endpoint, esthetic target and functional priorities before the case gains momentum.
Provisional Proof
Use the provisional to test the case before the final restoration carries the consequences.
Shared Handoffs
Keep the doctor, team and technician working from the same decisions at every stage.
A shared path from case intake through final delivery.
Complex cases become expensive when uncertainty appears late. Peak Signature is built to bring decisions forward, align the team and reduce avoidable uncertainty before it reaches the chair.
A question that should have been answered decades ago.
Why does full-arch restorative work — the most demanding case a general dentist ever sends out — still get handed to whichever technician happens to be free that week?
The answer was simple. There was no system. So we built one.
Peak Signature was engineered, step by deliberate step, by a prosthodontist and a master technician with more than thirty years at the bench. Not borrowed. Not bolted together from someone else’s templates. Built.
Every Peak Signature case runs through the same workflow — All-on-X, Crown & Bridge, Veneers, Removables. The same standard on case one and case one hundred. The system is the product. The cases are the proof.
“Most labs hand your case to whoever’s available. We hand it to a system.”
The Signature Workflow
Four controls behind every Signature case.
The workflow defines the path. These controls define how Peak carries the case.
Specialist Review
Complex case inputs are reviewed before production begins so critical questions surface early. Impressions, articulation, design intent, prosthetic envelope — checked before a single bur touches material.
One Case, One Owner
One named technician carries responsibility for the case and remains the direct point of laboratory contact. No pooled production. No mid-case handoffs. The technician’s name ships with the case.
Verification Before Final
Multi-unit and full-arch cases use planned verification checkpoints before final fabrication and delivery. Passive-fit verified on a jig. Chair time engineered out at the bench.
Patient-Specific Finish
Shade, contour, tooth position, occlusion and facial relationships are resolved against the case, not a generic average. No stock library. No averaged anatomy.
Use Signature when the case cannot be ordinary.
Peak Standard remains the right path for routine restorative work. Peak Signature is the higher-control path when the case carries greater clinical, esthetic, scheduling or reputational stakes.
A specialty full-arch dental lab is worth choosing when a case carries greater clinical, esthetic or scheduling stakes than a routine restoration. Complex All-on-X, multi-unit implant, full-mouth rehabilitation, six-or-more anterior units, rescue cases and consequential seat dates all benefit from the added planning, verification and named technician ownership of a higher-control complex restorative dental lab workflow.
Full-Arch and All-on-X
When restorative intent, conversion planning, verification and finalization must stay aligned across the entire arch.
Multi-Unit Implant Cases
When fit, component selection, tissue management and communication create more points of failure.
Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
When VDO, occlusion, function and esthetics must be proven across multiple stages.
Six or More Anterior Units
When facial proportion, midline, incisal display, shade and patient expectation must work together.
Rescue Cases
When another provisional, restoration or laboratory path has already created uncertainty.
Consequential Seat Dates
When a second seating, remake or delayed delivery would materially disrupt the practice or patient relationship.
Four lines. One bench.
Full Arch. Crown & Bridge. Veneers. Removables. Every case in every line runs through the Signature workflow.
One case. One map. One aligned team.
Full-arch cases do not become difficult at any dental lab because people care too little. They become difficult when the path is not shared early enough. A specialist full-arch dental lab exists to keep that path shared.
Case Intake
Align records, restorative goals, timing, components and risk flags before design begins.
Diagnostic Design
Define the provisional path, esthetic target, functional priorities and restorative endpoint with the laboratory.
Conversion Plan
Clarify the chairside sequence, responsibilities, materials and handoffs before conversion day.
Verification
Review the prototype, fit, function, tissue support, esthetics and approvals before final fabrication.
Finalization
Complete material selection, finishing, delivery planning and case handoff with named technician ownership.
Predictable fit. Predictable esthetics. Predictable seating.
The workflow exists to bring decisions forward and reduce avoidable uncertainty before it reaches the chair. Three outcomes and a fourth commitment.
Predictable Fit
Cases planned around the patient’s articulation, not an averaged library. Adjustments are the exception, not the assumption.
Predictable Esthetics
Shade and shape mapped to the patient’s actual dentition, not a stock library. Facial proportion, midline, incisal display considered together.
Predictable Seating
Fewer chairside adjustments. Fewer remakes. Chair time you didn’t bill for and didn’t have to.
Named Accountability
Your case has one named technician’s name on it. You know who is responsible, what stage the case is in and where to go when a decision needs to be made.
The system is the claim.
The cases are the proof.
Where the workflow earns its keep.
Fixed full-arch implant cases, led by Lukas Kolesar, Peak’s Lead Master Technician, with Dr. Kellen McWhorter, prosthodontist, as clinician. Talk to your assigned technician before you send the impression.
Your case has a name on it.
Peak Signature is a full-arch dental lab that pairs documented case ownership with direct technician access. You know who is responsible, what stage the case is in and where to go when a decision needs to be made.
Dr. Kellen McWhorter
Provides prosthodontic clinical oversight on Signature cases. Reviews complex-case inputs before production so critical questions surface early.
Lukas Kolesar
Oversees Signature production. Implant, full-arch, and complex restorative casework.
Jo Jo Mondina
Leads smile design and full-mouth rehab. Facial midlines, occlusal planes, shade mapping.
Todd Kolesar
Master ceramist. Layering, staining, and finishing for the most demanding veneer and crown work. Decades of bench craft, every case finished by hand.
Tim Garcia
Leads removables production. Partial frameworks, conversion cases, hybrid prosthetic work.
Judge the workflow by what happens in the operatory.
The result is not a prettier box. It is a case that moves through the practice with fewer surprises and clearer accountability.
Aggregate performance percentages will be published only once a verified sample of at least thirty documented Signature cases exists, with defined numerator and denominator, date range, case types, sample size, data owner and last verification date on record.

03Does every case need Signature?
—
Does every case need Signature?
No. Peak Standard remains the right path for routine restorative work. Signature should be selected because the case needs more control, not because every case needs an upgrade.

Which cases belong in Signature?
Peak Signature is a full-arch dental lab designed for implant-supported multi-unit, full-mouth, complex anterior, rescue and other complex restorative cases where planning, verification, esthetics, communication or a consequential seat date carry greater risk. Peak Standard remains the right path for routine restorative work.
03Is Signature more expensive?

Is Signature more expensive?
The laboratory fee is higher than Peak Standard for many products. Signature is designed for cases where added planning, oversight, verification and named ownership are worth more than the lowest unit price. Review the pricing against the actual case mix before deciding.
