Codes are issued at Smile Source Exchange on September 9 to 12 only, and each window closes at 11:59 p.m. Central time. The discount applies to selected products; ask a Peak team member which products are included. One code per practice. The code applies to a single order submitted within 30 calendar days of the date it was issued. It cannot be combined with other promotions, negotiated pricing, contract pricing or other discounts, and does not apply to shipping, taxes, rush fees, OEM parts, remakes or pass-through charges. Peak may verify practice and professional eligibility before applying the discount. Requesting a code does not create a Peak account.
