Terms and Conditions

Available for current and new clients. Available for doctors only. Case orders must be received on or before Sept 12, 2026 to be included in the count. Cases still in production but not yet invoiced on Sept 12, 2026 will count toward total spend. Total spend for cases not yet invoiced will be based on estimated total cost for completion. Pre-paid lab work is non-refundable and will count as “lab spend” for this giveaway period. Specials may be run throughout the giveaway period to increase giveaway entries. Shipping charges will not count towards lab spend. Drawing will be done in person at the Smile Source Exchange on Sept 12; winner must be present to accept. Cruise details will be coordinated with the winner once announced. Exact dates and location depend on cruise availability. Peak reserves the right to select the cruise destination and travel dates.

Prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged or substituted for a cash payout. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as offered, the prize will be forfeited. Peak is not obligated to spend the full $20,000 value; actual prize value may vary based on cruise selection, availability, and other logistics.

Flights will be reimbursed via a cash payment of up to $2,000 upon submission of valid flight receipts. Winner is responsible for booking their own airfare. No partial entries (i.e. $899 in spend = 0 entries, not 0.89 entries). Total entries are based on cumulative lab spend during the giveaway period.

Peak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time. Additional terms and eligibility requirements may apply. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and any decisions made by Peak, which are final and binding.
